Stihl 018 Problem

Ok so i have a Stihl 018 2001 model.

It runs fine fron cold for about 15 minutes, and after that is fine on idle speeds, but when you open the throttle it starts to rev, then dies. If you let go quick enough it will return to idle if you dont the engine stops.

Its had a new metering diaphram as the old one was not in the first flush of youth, and spark plug and air filter, its still doing this.

Is it a fuel/air problem? The carb has only one ajustment screw for low speed idle so i cant play with it easily?

Does anyone know what the problem is, or are there any ideas on how to fix it?

Cheers
