I mistakenly bought one had it for a couple of months wondered why I thought it was a good idea to buy the saw all the time I owned it sold it to some crazed stihl fan on eBay got my money nearly so wasn't to bad I learnt my lesson never again the saw was heavy low on power and sluggish

Nowt wrong with a 441. Mine screams with a 20" bar. I think I have blown the air filter out about 5 times in 6 years.

 

Never do anything to it and it runs like a ported machine.

 

Same as with most things, you get good and bad examples. Maybe I was just lucky or other people are unlucky.

 

Who knows..?
