Heated hand rail MS361 on/off switch ?

Hi guys this may sound a silly question but I am having difficulty switching on the handle heating . on my 361

 

In the manual its says move switch on front handle to 1 and move back to 0 to turn it off . There seems to be no visible signs to be able to turn it on or off as its just marked on the plastic with the 1 and 0 positions

 

. I notice just below this place where it is is a little bit of square plastic that could be taken out with a thin lever . There is nothing about removing this bit of plastic in the manual to get to the switch

 

Is the switch it under the square ??

Yours is not a heated handle model.

Well many thanks thats cleared that up . I am quite surprised the markings are there for it ..
