Looking at buying a 661 from fr jones and taking advantage of the finance option as work is a little slow right now. I heard that if you buy the power head only then the new rules don't apply as it doesn't have an uncovers sharp edge? If this is not the case is there any way around it like sending in copy's o certificates etc?

South west, not in the delivery zone unfortunately

You will find other dealers offering the same finance deal. Might not be the same prices but you may find a dealer close enough

Worth asking whether one of your local dealers will match FR Jones price. Mine in NE London did.

You might find going to the bank for a loan cheaper than pay for later. Then you could buy anywhere!
