Based around the South East region, the successful applicant will be a proactive business-

minded individual who will be able to seek out new business while supporting growing operational teams to deliver existing work.

 

You will work with the Regional Management team and the central Business Development team to tender for term contracts and quote for cash business. You should be fully qualified yourself and experienced to be able to deliver operational Arboriculture works, and you will have a demonstrable work history of managing senior level staff. You will need to work to our processes and procedures ensuring standards are maintained and all work is compliant.

 

In addition, you will need to have excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment with changing priorities. It will be an advantage to have an awareness of wider countryside services, current Health and Safety regulations and a good understanding of current FTA legislation. Enthusiasm, strong leadership skills, good communication skills and strong business acumen will be necessary.

 

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependant upon skills and competencies
