Building site fencing

Just in process of tendering for a big site now I'm sorted with a price per metre for close board. Theres a lot of larch lap fencing to tender. Just wondered if i should price per metre or per bay. Just worried that on a metre price if theres a part panel i will lose out on the wastage. Whereas if i quote per bay and state that part bays are same as full bays i shouldn't loose out. Just wondered what the done thing is.

Round up to nearest full panel on straights, but charge metre rates I would of thought. Also keep offcuts tidy and they should come in handy for shorter bits. Pump up the profit, less waste. I assume you get matching lats to redo edges? Ive not done much of this. Varty is busy with this kind of thing.
