depends on its pounds per square inch if its under 12psi then its a air gun if its over 12psi then you need a firearms licence and the local firearms officer is not going to let you have it for shooting line up trees. can you see it local tree surgeon arrested for having firearm in a public place. be it air gun or firearm think not is it worth being shot to get line up tree think not

Wrong.

 

You're getting psi mixed up with ft/lbs, which are different things entirely.

 

You can buy dummy launchers (for dog training) powered by .22 blanks without an FAC and this doesn't seem much different.

 

Probably overkill for most trees over here!
