Reception Desk - with a Difference!

With thanks to Kim from Cornwall Hardwoods, who sorted me the commission to make this grand reception desk for a spa hotel. Had great fun battling with the huge chunk of Macrocarpa (if that's how you spell it??) he delivered to my workshop in Dorset. The desk is currently on display in my workshop and attracting a lot of interest from the extra influx of people coming for Dorset Art Weeks, an open studio event that we're currently participating in.
