Woodland wanted for survival training

Someone I know is looking for a woodland near London to run a survival training day. He's a professional at this sort of thing, not just some walt who'll make a mess of your woods. Here's what he wants to do:

 

I need some private woodland that can be prepped in advance. Prepping would involve my building shelters from natural surroundings, setting traps and preparing a number of other teaching stances. On completion of the day, all stances would be dismantled. Participants will learn to track and trap rabbits; kill, skin and cook chickens and rabbits; build shelters from natural soundings; build and light fires from natural surroundings; smoke signalling.

 

He hasn't been too specific on location but within about 20/30 miles of the M25 is probably what he's looking for. If you think you might be able to help and need any further information, ask away and I'll get answers for you.
