Hello mate, i to have looked long and hard at these splitters, for me it comes down to weight , speed and the thor with its pneumatic wheels and punch comes out fairly well. My comparison looked at , Forrest, Zanon, and Balfor , placed an order for a Zanon and have heard nothing in weeks, was going to go with Belfor (Jim) but with the change over of appointed dealership it all got cocked up, so i think i will be going back to the one your looking at . Thor mignon. Well built andd very safe .

Should have said, my order was going to be for 3 machines, pto, petrol and was looking at an electric one also.

If you would like to look at the Balfor option (closest equivalent is the A11V) feel free to give me a call 07459 613004 or you can see info on the Spectrum Plant website.

The wheels are a bit bigger than they are shown in the picture on the website now, need to get my camera out for a new picture!

Hi I bought one from Davies implements paid for next day delivery it turned up at eleven the next day, and I must say I'm very impressed only thing is it seems a bit slow on the descent. And I'm not sure how to alter the height or even if you can do that.
