Invoicing software... What do you use??

Hi guys,

 

I run a small tree and landscape management company and I'm currently using Invoice2go via my iPhone and iPad for all of my invoicing and quotations. I find it pretty useful as because it's on my iPhone I can invoice directly (via email) customers when out and about. I do find it a little restrictive and often end up inputting details twice between the iPhone and my office PC.

 

My question is what invoicing / quotation software are you using, does it have the option of a mobile app and is there something on the market that encompasses an accounting element too?

Although this package is simple to use it has some great reporting and customer management options and it also has a linked mobile app.

We use one that is custom built by one of my boys, we are one of the guinea pigs for any bugs, it is going out on sale soon, he tweaks it to how the customer wants it. I believe there is going to be a mobile (android only) version

Works very well for us as we do the invoicing, customer balances and payment info on it, we could do expenses but that is all dealt with by the book keeper, so the software sends her a report in the exact format she wants it.

Invoice2go for the iPhone/android I've got it linked to my wife's phone it's awesome, looks good and it's easy to use. After a days work I can send my invoice off before I leave

I just have an invoice template and send through email on my laptop after the job. Dont pay for any software, i can never get on with online accounting and invoice programs.

I just use an Excel spreadsheet. I like it because it's tailored to my business, and I can customise it and add bits whenever I want. That will work in something like Docs2Go for mobile devices I think.

I recently purchased the 'pages' app on the iphone for all my quotations and invoices. I really like it and it's easy to use

I tried a few apps for iphone.

Most you need to pay for. They are limited to 100 invoices for free then 500 for 20£ annually etc..

I didn't want to pay and I kept looking.

Found a brilliant app for invoicing

I believe it does cost few quid initially but then there's no restrictions whatsoever.
