Blimey you're not shy about posting all your University projects up here are you?! Our rough set up is:

 

Office staff:

Tier 1: Managing Directors and Sales and Marketing Director

Tier 2: Compliance manager

Tier 3: Operations and Consultancy Managers

Tier 4: Field Officers for project management

Tier 5: Administration staff

 

Our field staff are then divided in to 6 responsibility/pay grades - level 6 being team leader/foremen role, level 3/4 being highly qualified arborists and surveyors and down to level 1 which would be apprentices.
