Extraordinary customer service from Greenmech

Evening all,

 

I would just like to say a HUGE public thankyou to Mac Taylor at Greenmech and his MD Jonathan Turner.

 

My CS100 went poorly last week costing me considerable downtime on a job. A quick search on here revealed a possible reason thanks to a post by Ty Korrigan in France. A call to Mac Taylor in the Tech/Service dept of Greenmech saw me well on the way to a quick stripdown of the unit to confirm our suspicions.

 

Mac was only too happy to jump to the phone every time i rang and Jonathan was very benevolent in his supplying of parts to repair.

 

What is so great about this?

 

The machine is a 2009 model that i bought second hand!!

I've had the same levels of service from Greenmech - they are a fantastic British manufacturing company with an unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful team. As they manufacture their machines temselves, they hold a massive parts inventory so there is never a delay in shipping on the rare occasion things go bang! Mac and Jason both appear able to diagnose any issue down the phone and have managed to explain how to get the machine up and running again to a mechanically inept buffoon (me) without even seeing it. Top marks Greenmech!
