Step 1 - Position cord against rope Step 2 - Pass the tail upwards and behind the rope Step 3 - Take a wrap Step 4 - Take a second wrap Step 5 - Third wrap Step 6 - Take a fourth wrap then pass the upper leg downwards Step 7 - And round the back Step 8 - Over the top of the lower leg Step 9 - Then round the back and through the loop as shown Step 10 - Dress and set
