Re: Fungi app feedback

Possibly. When did this start? Did you try removing and reinstalling?

Re: Fungi app feedback

Started a couple of weeks ago, but 'cos I'm 300 miles from home I can't do the re-install until I get back to my main pc end of next week.
Tried the standard reboot of the phone but that didn't work.
Guess I'll have to wait until I get home. Strange that both apps have gone wrong together.
The knots one has all the sections, just no pictures.
3GS heading for the bin when the next one comes out I think

Noticed this on another thread and the cure. Patience, patience, patience

Re: Fungi app feedback

Did both apps go wrong at the same time? The fact that both apps arent working yet were before would suggest a hardware issue I think

Reckon it's a 3GS glitch, but as my blasted car died on the M74 yesterday I'm several days away from getting home to do a reload of the apps. Will let you know as soon as I get it sorted.

Re: Fungi app feedback

Easy fix. Removed the Apps from my phone then plugged it into my computer and let iTunes sync them back in.
Jobs a good 'un.

Great apps.

Re: Fungi app feedback

Been using the app a lot lately. I've been wondering if there was any way you could link your own photos to the app? So once you'd made a positive id, you could take a pic, add it to the correct gallery. It might be of use when encountering the same fungi again. Any thoughts? Does that even make sense?

Re: Fungi app feedback

Anythings possible Dan....I think it would be prohibitively expensive to implement though. We were thinking of a possible way for people to submit their own images, but this could potentially be tied in with another project thats brewing
