Zoom in as in rotating??? Does it give you the option to submit a crash report? If so please do this, it will be very useful

Re: Arborist Apps Support Forum

Hi Steve,

I've recently invested in an ipad3, guilty pleasure but also as a work tool to complete quotes, surveys, to use to show lads photos of work they're going to and to use as a learning tool. As a learning tool the fungi and knots apps are great. Currently using the iPhone apps on the ipAd, it works fine. Would be nice if the apps used the full iPad so maybe that's something you could look at.
I'm looking forward to using the apps to help customers identify fungi they've seen, when brackets have been removed or are out of season. And if the app is continually updated that would be awesome.
From my point of view it would be great if the fungi app had other information, such as if the fungi are edible or poisonous, old skool uses for the fungi and geeky 'I need a life' kind of stuff.
There is a massive amount of room for extension, insects, bacterial infections, etc. I look forward to seeing more apps along these lines. Even a body language type app, if Claus hasn't already thought of it! but I suppose there is a whole liability can of worms there.
Where can I find the arbtalk app, I have the board express one on my htc, but can't find an iPhone/iPad one.
I hope my input is of use, I wish I could be more involved in bringing affordable technology to arbs in the field. But I'm too busy trying to earn a living
All the best,
Charlie

Re: Arborist Apps Support Forum

Hi there

Firstly can I say ive been visiting this website for a while but have only just signed up... I bought the Arborists knot guide on my iPhone last night and it doesn't seem to work at all?!? I've tried turning phone off, deleting and re-installing it still no joy! Do you have any ideas?

Thanks

James
