3/4 wrap elbow

Hello, apologies if this is a duplicate post but does anyone know if the elbow that connects to the stihl 3/4 wrap handle is an orderable item in the UK? i ordered a 3/4 wrap and genuine dual port exhaust from baileys years ago for my ms440 (before ebay was filled with duel port exhausts) and i never thought to order the elbow that connects from the end of the handlebar to the body of the saw. in Northern ireland we have a stihl main dealer which is pretty far away from me, and lots of satellite dealers who go through the main dealer. Any local dealer gives a blank confused look when i mention what i want. Any one know if this is an orderable item here on its own, without having to order the rescue saw kit?

Just order p/n 1128 791 5500, it's the part you want, but a dealer can't get confused as easily with a number.
