Hi Guys,

 

Having made a cheap and cheerful ladder rack for my crewcab rangers truckman, I am now looking to fit some shelves and divisions for keeping all the kit tidy and the climbing kit away from grease and dirt.

 

I would really like to see how you guys have yours, and any ways that you have found to access kit when its up near the cab:001_rolleyes:

 

My wife has put her foot down and said that I'm not allowed the likes of this one bellow, so I must adapt, adopt, improve!

I have a similar top on my L200 to the one you show. It cost the same as an Ifor Williams top but has all the shelving I need and I still have enough room to fit two stacks of three 750mm road cones in at the back next to the tail gate.

So, I have been racking my brains and thought I had a solution in the form of a sliding tray/shelf to hold the clean kit like ropes and climbing kit.

 

I forgot completely about the arb trolley which scotches things, so back to the drawing board:confused1:

We use these for climbing kit, ropes and PPE

The saws rattle around on top of them.
