Hi all,

I've decided today is the last day for my honda hrb 476? roller mower.

I only really do domestic mowing, but some sizeable lawns. Also i lift it onto the back of the transit tipper!!! So bear that in mind lol

What is there out there and what price ranges and where to go to get one?

Been happy with the honda's, my older one is better than the newer one! and is going to be for mowing at my house, so need a new one for work.

What is there to look at?

Cheers

p.s. some of the local lads use roller mowers like me and others use wheel'd mowers... what to go for?

pps. sick of rollers going on the honda's!

The hayter harriers look good on jonesies, but which to go for??

the 493? or the 496? what does bbc stand for?

I like the 496 version :)

Also to note.... is it better / more productive to go for the 22" cut? instead of my current 19" cut?

I've been using Honda mowers for years now, upgraded to the HRX models a while back, they are pretty decent.

I use the HRX 476 (which is the 19" model) for domestics. Whilst for commercial use or bigger lawns I use the HRX 536 (21" model).

The 19" model is ideal for domestics though, not very heavy and easy to manouver.

There's plenty on eBay.
