Need some prices guys,

We have done some larger commercial fencing jobs this year, made ok money but have the feeling we were abit too cheap. I hate the fact that we prob left some money on the table. Got to price another one, 600m, 1.8m high, 2.4m post centres, featheredge on 100mm x 100mm posts and cant rails. Reasonable access, long runs and flat ground.

Anyone do this type of fencing mind sharing a ballpark meterage rate?

I know what my price needs to be to make it work, but if I can get another pound per meter or more it adds up on these bigger distances!

Many Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the feedback people.

Seems I am probably on the low side, so can afford to add a higher margin.

Fenland, that seems like what I should be aiming at. Thanks.

We still made reasonable cash on the lower rate, but had the feeling it was underbid.

Materials are around £16 per m incl concrete and fixings ( readymix to site ) 2 man crew averaging about 50 - 60 m per day ( machine augured holes )

Domestic rates don't transfer to the commercial jobs unfortunatly, but it would be great to get £40 + per m:001_smile:
