Hilux Roll Bar and Roll 'n' Lock Removal

Gents has anyone removed the roll bar and roll 'n' lock cover from 2013 double cab Hilux?

I'm having a canopy fitted and Toyota have just quoted my wife an extra 3hrs work!

Can it really be that difficult!?

No its not, you could have both off in 20 mins.

easier with two men tho.

 

Roll and locks only require 4 bolts/brackets to be losend and a couple of screws and they pull apart and lift off, or you can just losen the bolts and two men can lift the whole thing off.

 

roll bar just unbolts.

 

remove yourself, they sell easy on e bay.
